Single 1 Hour Lesson
Cancellation Policy
Lessons must be canceled 24hrs in advance. If the lesson is not cancelled by that time, the student must pay for the lesson, regardless of the reason for cancellation. You can cancel or change your lesson online by logging in to your account. A lesson cancelled with 24 hrs advance notice should be rescheduled. If a missed lesson cannot be rescheduled the lesson will go back into the student’s account to rebook. Membership students will automatically be booked at his/her reoccurring time each week. Long Island Trumpet Academy reserves the right to remove the student from the schedule in case of excessive cancellations or non-payment. If a teacher cancels, a substitute may be provided. Lesson fees to be paid online, in advance when booking a lesson. If you would like to pay cash please email us at trumpet@litrumpetacademy.com and we will manually setup your account. We are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and 3:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve. There will be lessons on all other days including school holidays unless prior notice is given.
