Cancellation Policy
You have a 15-minute window to drop off your instrument. Cleanings typically take 24-48 hours, and once your instrument is ready, we’ll call you to arrange pickup. If you’re running late, please let us know by calling (631) 965-3716 or emailing us at trumpet@litrumpetacademy.com. Should you need to reschedule your drop-off, you can do so online by logging into your account. Please note that rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Trumpet cleaning fees to be paid online, in advance when booking a lesson. If you would like to pay cash please email us at trumpet@litrumpetacademy.com and we will manually setup your account. We are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and 3:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve. There will be lessons on all other days including school holidays unless prior notice is given.
